LITEPAPER
Alley Cat CEO β Different Minds. Same Team.
We don't have a whitepaper. We have a cat in a tie, a fish in a jar, and enough honesty to tell you exactly what this is before you decide anything.
What This Is
Alley Cat CEO is a meme token on the Solana network, launching through pump.fun. It is not a DeFi protocol. It is not a DAO. It has no staking mechanism, no governance token, no utility layer, and no partnership with any company, exchange, or influencer.
It is a character-driven meme project built around a story: a grumpy stray cat who found a tie, a cardboard box, and a fish β and declared himself CEO of the back alley behind a bankrupt paper company. That story has a cast of seven characters, a set of five principles, and a community that we are building before the token exists.
Story first. Token second. In that order, on purpose.
Why a Meme Token
The meme token space is noisy, fast, and full of projects that launch with promises they either cannot keep or never intended to. Most collapse within weeks. The ones that last share one thing: a reason to care beyond the price.
That reason is almost never utility. It is almost always character. The projects with longevity are the ones with a personality strong enough that the community continues creating, sharing, and showing up even when the chart is doing exactly what the CEO's fish chart does: going sideways.
We built the character first because we believe that is the correct order. The cat existed before the token. The story was written before the contract. The team was drawn before the ticker was chosen.
This is not a guarantee of success. It is a reason to pay attention.
The Story (and Why It Matters)
Behind the closed doors of Staple & Sons Paper Co. lies a narrow back alley. When the company folded, it left behind three things: a striped tie, a navy mug, and a box marked FRAGILE. A scruffy ginger stray found them. An hour later, he was CEO.
The story has seven characters, each with a defined role, a visual identity, a catchphrase, and a place in the alley's hierarchy. They are not random cartoon animals. They are a cast, built to generate consistent, recognizable content across social media, community events, and future creative expansions.

Copycat Carl
The Impostor
"Trust me, I'm the CEO."
Copycat Carl β the impostor β serves a deliberate purpose beyond humor. He is the project's built-in anti-scam narrative. Every fake account, every copied contract address, every "I'm the real CEO, send fish" message has a character assigned to it. The community already knows his face. They know what he does. That is by design.
The Alley Attitude: Five Principles
These are not marketing slogans. They are the constraints we operate within. If we ever act against them, the community should call it out.
FREE
No single entity controls this project after launch. Not the creators, not a whale, not an influencer. pump.fun's fixed supply model means no team allocation, no mint authority, no hidden levers. The alley belongs to whoever shows up.
UNBOTHERED
We do not chase price action. We do not respond to "wen moon" with promises. The chart is wallpaper. We focus on the story, the community, and the content. The market does what it does. So does Barry.
ANTI-HYPE
No countdown timers. No fake urgency. No "limited whitelist spots." No influencer paid promotions disguised as organic interest. We announce what is real when it is real. The gate opens when the key is found.
LOYAL
The people who show up before the launch, who make the first memes, who ask the first questions in Telegram, who share without incentive β those are the residents of the alley. The CEO notices. He just won't say it out loud.
HONEST
We are a meme token. We say that first. There is no utility roadmap being planned in private. There is no "big partnership" being hinted at. What you see is what this is. The edge is in the honesty, not in spite of it.
Token Structure
Alley Cat CEO launches on pump.fun on the Solana network. The structure below reflects how pump.fun works by default. We have not added anything on top of it, and we have not removed anything from it.
What We Are Building (and What We Are Not)
Before launch, the work is content and community. A recognizable cast of characters, a consistent voice, and a growing group of people who understand the project before the contract exists β this is what reduces the chance of an immediate collapse to zero-holders.
After launch, the same work continues. The story has a Season 2 arc in outline. The community wall, meme contests, and character-driven content formats are designed to run with minimal overhead and maximum community participation.
We are building:
- βA character universe with a consistent story
- βA community that exists before the token
- βContent formats that repeat and scale
- βTransparent on-chain visibility
- βAn anti-scam narrative built into the story (Carl)
We are not building:
- βA DeFi protocol or utility layer
- βA governance system or DAO
- βA staking or yield mechanism
- βPaid influencer campaigns disguised as organic
- βVague future promises as present value
Risk Disclosure
This section is not a legal requirement we are fulfilling reluctantly. It is information the CEO would give you directly, if he were the type to give information directly. He is not. So we are giving it for him.
You can lose everything.
Meme tokens are among the highest-risk assets in crypto. There is no floor, no backstop, and no mechanism that guarantees any value. The price can go to zero. Plan accordingly.
Liquidity can be thin.
Especially at launch on pump.fun. Slippage, front-running, and low liquidity are real. Do not enter a position larger than you can afford to lose entirely.
We cannot control the market.
We control the story, the content, and the community culture. We do not control the price, the trading volume, or what other market participants do. Anyone who claims otherwise is selling something.
There is no guaranteed roadmap.
The meowdmap describes current intentions. Priorities may change. Plans may slow or stop. We commit to honesty when that happens, not to making sure it does not happen.
Only use what you can afford to lose.
Not as a disclaimer β as a real instruction. The alley is open to everyone. The crate is free. Your financial safety is not a variable in our project.

There is one X account, one Telegram group, and one website. These are the only official channels. Everything else is Carl.
